Rural Sustainability Workshop to Take Place at UNT

Rural Sustainability Workshop

June 10 - 11, 2016 at UNT- Denton

Our purpose is to engender conversation among rural activists and scholars, and to share traditional ecological and scientific knowledge to address global stress on biodiversity and ecosystem health. The workshop will focus on rural areas of India, Mexico, and other countries in Asia, Africa, and South America, in order to address non-western ways of thinking and acting upon globalizing pressures.
