I'm Atoosa, a PhD candidate in philosophy and a Teaching Fellow. My main areas of research and interest are critical posthumanism ethics, environmental ethics, and philosophical animal studies. A key focus of my work is a critical examination of meat consumption and the meat industry. I have a passion for teaching and am also a musician — in fact, I used to make a living through music in my home country. Alongside my dedication to philosophy, I have a deep appreciation for all forms of art, including but not limited to music, film, sculpture, painting, and literature. My true passion lies at the intersection of art and philosophy, and I aspire to make a meaningful impact through this interdisciplinary approach.
